Promoting our UU Principal The right of conscience and the use of the democratic process within our congregations and in society at large by Promoting Voting Justice
Speakers: Mary Koch and Ron Cookston
Mary Koch, Chair of the Justice Coordinating Council at First Unitarian Universalist Church of Houston, and Ron Cookston, representing the Texas UU Justice Ministry, will identify issues in Texas and nationally that threaten the right to vote, provide current information about early voting options in Harris County, and present opportunities for people to become active in supporting get out the vote activities.
After service join us for coffee and fellowship in the foyer.
